Running
I went for 25 minutes but my GPS measuring device cut off and I didn't notice. Ugh. Well, I'm not quite as unfit as I thought, but still pretty unfit. Devastating news. The trick is definitely to run slower consistently than to sprint, I think that's where I was struggling before. I burnt about 100 calories, which is not too bad at all. Tomorrow is a new day (run).
I want to go for a run, I've been waiting for ages to go and now I'm getting tired. I had to wait for it to get less warm, then a bit less busy on the roads, and then for my phone to charge up. I should nearly be ready, now. I'm only going to go for 30 minutes now instead of an hour.
